1.       Need to discuss an accounting, bookkeeping or tax related issue? You can expect to discuss your concerns either in person or on the phone within 48 hours.

2.       You need accurate and timely financial reporting to make better decisions in your business. So we are committed to providing you with the financial tools to insure that the decision made will maximize profits and minimize your taxes.

3.       You can expect the same level of service from all members of the team because the bookkeeping system we use is universal.  If for some reason the person servicing your account is no longer available, you can have the peace of mind knowing that your financial data can be processed by anyone within our firm with our universal bookkeeping system.

4.       You can expect your business statements to be kept in tip top shape because our firm has structure and a consistent way of processing your records.

5.       You will receive from us each month a business statements that will help you monitor your business better, allow you to see trends developing, and help you plan for the future.

6.       You can use us as a sounding board in all important financial decisions. This will help you make the right decisions and help you understand the new tax laws.

 

What we expect from you…

1.       Referrals

2.       Submitting your accounting records in an organized, complete, accurate, and timely manner. Usually these records would be submitted on a monthly basis but could be on a different frequency.

3.       All transactions need to be coded with a general ledger number which is taken from the chart of accounts. The chart of accounts is a list of all account names and numbers used in a company’s general ledger. These numbers record income, expense, assets, and liabilities by category and are very important in preparing the financial statements.

4.       We will invoice in advance for our services and expect payment when the service is performed.

5.       Reviewing the reports issued by our firm for accuracy and completeness. These reports include financial statements profit and loss and balance sheet, general ledger, payroll checks, payroll taxes, W-2’s, and income taxes, as well as any other reports we issue from your records.
